">**About the Role:**
">We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to manage day-to-day operations of strata properties. This includes budgeting, maintenance, repairs, and meetings.
">The successful candidate will ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws. They will also coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
">Organising and facilitating strata committee meetings and general meetings are key responsibilities of this role. Accurate records and documentation must be maintained for the portfolio.
">Excellent customer service is required for internal and external clients.
">**Your Skills and Experience:**
">- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Property Management or Strata Management role.">
- Strong knowledge of strata and sympathetic industry legislation is desirable.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Strong organisational and time management skills.">
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
