SSKB is a privately owned strata management company with offices throughout Australia.

As body corporate managers (both residential and commercial) we provide administrative services to our client buildings by assisting committee members and owners with the day-to-day administration of their body corporate.

**The Position**

This position will form part of our well established Brisbane team of experienced Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers who are mature minded and take their careers seriously. The portfolio of buildings has been well maintained and the buildings long established.

Strata Management is a true customer service focused position where working as a team no task is too hard or too small. An eye for detail is expected as well as strong financial management knowledge.

You will work closely with an Assistant Community Manager where your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Attending committee meetings / chairing meetings when required
- Setting budgets and monitoring financial accounts
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Interpreting and relaying legislation
- Managing the portfolio's diary of various committee meetings and key dates
- Developing relationships with clients
- Undertake general administration duties related to the portfolio and SSKB
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Day-to-day client interaction and problem solving
- Ensuring meeting timelines are met

**About You**

You don't necessarily have to have previous Strata experience as we are looking for administrators who flourishes when working to timelines and processes and enjoys helping others.

You will have:

- The ability to create a close working relationship with your team
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
- The ability to adjust to shifting and sometimes competing demands
- Self motivated and enjoy developing relationships with clients

Whilst your background may be in strata, you may also come from real estate /property management or similar. Most importantly is the ability to quickly absorb detailed and specific processes.

Full and on-going training will be provided to the successful individual.
