Senior Product Manager, Payments

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our payments product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our payments product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive payments product strategy, aligned with our business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the development of product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and deliver high-quality payments products, meeting customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Proven experience in payments product management, with a strong understanding of payment rails, channels, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and AML.
