About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Amazon Australia Payments team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our payment products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the roadmap for our payment products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver customer-facing functionality.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to define payment product strategy, ensuring alignment with leadership and business objectives.
  • Developing and managing high-quality product roadmaps, based on data-driven insights and customer research.
  • Collaborating with external partners, such as financial institutions, to deliver payment products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Communicating performance metrics and progress to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous performance enhancement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product or program management experience, with a strong track record of delivering customer-facing functionality.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external partners, such as financial institutions, to deliver payment products and services.
