About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Payments Product Owner to join our team at eFinancialCareers Ltd. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our payments product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the payments market, including trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Lead the development of our payments product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality payments products.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Contribute to the development of our company's overall product strategy, working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payments product management, with a strong understanding of the payments market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and develop effective product strategies.
