About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our payments transformation strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision and roadmap for our payments products, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences in the payments space
  • Lead the development of our payments transformation strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop product roadmaps
  • Work with technology teams to design and implement new payment solutions
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and working with the development team to deliver high-quality products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our payments products
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on payments or financial services
  • Strong understanding of payments systems, including payment rails, channels, and processors
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
