Our team delivers expert rehabilitation services across personal injury and occupational health. We're seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients in their journey from rehab to healing.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care approaches, perform vocational assessments, and provide counseling and other assessments as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that focus on patient-centered care, supporting clients in their return to employment or finding new opportunities.
Our diverse industry and client base exposes you to various sectors, including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services. You'll work closely with us to tailor a career pathway that meets your goals.
What sets you apart: current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC, tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional is sufficient), strong clinical reasoning, ability to engage across teams, and passion for helping people rehabilitate.
