We are seeking a seasoned Rehabilitation Consultant to guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise.
This role involves conducting meaningful assessments, supporting career transition, and collaborating with health professionals, employers, and insurers to craft impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
- Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
- Guide clients through their rehabilitation journey with expert support and care
- Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology
- Registered with relevant professional bodies
- Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
- Up to 8+ days of additional leave per annum including 4 wellness days
- $1,000 annual Professional Development allowance + Career Progression
- Hybrid Working arrangement
