Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders, to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
- Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
- Registration with the relevant professional body, such as AHPRA or ESSA.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
