The Role

We are seeking a collaborative Food & Beverage Supervisor specializing in Conference & Events to support our vibrant team in providing elevated experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Create an outstanding employment experience for our Food and Beverage team members.
  2. Lead by example and champion our guiding principles.
  3. Provide warm and genuine service experiences.
  4. Respond to requests and concerns professionally and coach your team accordingly.
  5. Provide on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.
About You

We seek zealous, engaging, and professional food and beverage experts who demonstrate:

  1. Significant experience in premium restaurant, bar, conference, and events environments.
  2. A passion for high-quality service in the hospitality industry.
  3. Experience leading a high-performing team.
  4. A passion for developing others.
  5. Great attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs.
  6. Knowledge of service sequences, conference and events operations, and product knowledge.
  7. Willingness to undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
  8. Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  9. A confident, engaging, guest-focused personality.
  10. Valid Queensland RSA certification.
  11. Availability across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
