We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our in-room dining operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all aspects of in-room dining food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Leadership and training of food and beverage service staff to ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Maintenance of inventory management systems to optimize menu offerings and minimize waste
  • Implementation and maintenance of strict food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Analysis of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize menu offerings
  • Collaboration with other departments to enhance overall guest experience

To succeed in this role, you will possess proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel setting, as well as strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in kitchen management software.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen management principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
