
Weekend Luxury Holiday Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our customer sales team as a Weekend Travel Sales Consultant. This role involves managing high volumes of inbound calls and sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service and selling luxury travel packages to our highly engaged member base.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to and making sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person.
- Answering simultaneous customer enquiries promptly, competently and professionally.
- Providing customers with general information relating to services, packages and pricing.
- Recommending workable solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer.
- Ensuring daily prompt follow up and ownership of customer sales enquires.
- Displaying initiative in customer solutions and team engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Personable, approachable and professional communication skills and a passion for helping customers find their perfect luxury holiday.
- A background in phone-based sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and a driven attitude towards achieving goals.
