Weekend Travel Sales Consultant Job Description

The Weekend Travel Sales Consultant is a dynamic and customer-focused role that drives sales activity and enhances overall customer experience for Luxury Escapes' highly engaged member base.

  • Responsibilities:

Respond to, make sales inquiries by phone or electronically.

Answer simultaneous customer enquiries promptly, competently and professionally.

Provide customers with general information relating to services, packages and pricing.

Recommend workable solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer.

Ensure daily prompt follow up and ownership of customer sales enquires.

Display initiative in customer solutions and team engagement.

Resolve customer complaints within specified time frames.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

You will be someone who:

  • Is personable, approachable and professional.
  • Has background in phone-based sales; those with travel experience are preferred.
  • Is used to dealing with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and thrives in competitive environments.
  • Is flexible with availability.
  • Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Is driven to succeed, enjoys challenges and works towards achieving goals.
