We are a private physiotherapy practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.
About You:
We seek an experienced leader with a strong background in healthcare management, preferably in a senior leadership role. A bachelor's degree in business administration or health services management is essential.
Position Summary:
The Clinical Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and driving operational excellence. This includes managing appointment scheduling, staff performance, and financial aspects of the practice.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a healthcare setting. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are mandatory. Experience in budget management and team development is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations, and manage appointment scheduling to optimize time allocation and patient expectations.
Financial Management: Manage practice finances, including budgeting, financial analysis, and expense management. Monitor and report on financial performance to ensure the practice meets its targets.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive work environment, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
Customer Service: Ensure excellence in customer service, exceed patient expectations, handle patient complaints, and promote practice services and products.
Marketing and Business Development: Develop and implement local area marketing strategies to enhance practice visibility and attract new clients. Manage the practice's online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of patient care, ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, and coordinate the practice recall system and customer feedback processes.
