About Goodlife Physio

We are a Private Physiotherapy practice offering management of Sports Injuries, Clinical Pilates and Women's Health.

About You

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee and perform daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth functioning, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage practice finances, including budgeting, financial analysis, and expense management, monitoring and reporting on financial performance to ensure the practice meets financial targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellence in customer service, exceeding patient expectations, handling patient complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, promoting practice services and products.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Develop and implement local area marketing strategies to enhance practice visibility and attract new clients, managing the practice's online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a healthcare setting, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
