We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Datacom. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify key customers and develop strategic partnerships to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Represent Datacom's Interests: Represent Datacom's interests in the sale of products, managed services, project services, maintenance, software, and other solutions.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Act as the main interface between clients and the organization to ensure an optimal level of service is provided and continually seek opportunities to participate in clients' strategic business planning processes.
- Develop and Implement Account Plans: Develop and implement customer and prospect account plans that will result in sales of Datacom products and services at agreed prices and terms.
- Support Sales Team: Support the sales team in conducting product demonstrations and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, and account management plans.
- Experience in Sales and Account Management: Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding budgeted sales and profit objectives.
- Excellent Customer Relationship Building Skills: Excellent customer relationship building and management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong Influencing and Persuasive Ability: Strong influencing and persuasive ability, with the ability to convey technical information across various levels.
