Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Account Manager to join our team at Frontline Retail Regional QLD & NT. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and friendly account management style, with strong organizational skills and open communication to liaise with the retail team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through generated leads, cold calling, and overcoming objections to close sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue
- Work closely with the retail team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Account Management or Business Development experience is essential
- Ability to drive sales and meet KPI requirements
- Full driver's license
- Strong business acumen and self-motivation
- Experience within the sales or furniture industry
- Highly competitive salary package
