We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Liaison.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations, including equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns.
- Contribute to the achievement of team KPI's, focusing on customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, generating hire schedules, invoicing, and more.
- Natural customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
- A friendly and sociable personality.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Quick learner with a high level of attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Previous experience in a customer service role and a genuine interest in helping others.
