The primary goal of this position is to deliver a superior customer experience by fostering meaningful relationships with customers and prospective buyers.

This role acts as a single point of contact for customers, addressing sales, product knowledge, service issues, and dealer information to ensure seamless resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, concerns, lifestyle, and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, service support, and the dealership to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding sales and service in a helpful, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate exceptional follow-up and organizational skills in both verbal and written communication.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively using all available resources.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer relations contact center, hospitality industry, or PR/sales field is necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Detailed listening skills are crucial.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are mandatory.
