Job Description:The ideal candidate will be a critical point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and escalating issues when necessary. You will work closely with our global support team to ensure seamless communication and resolve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Support our customers through various channels, including social media and email
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management
- Collaborate with the global support team to improve communication and resolution times
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
