The role of a Customer Relationship Liaison is to foster a positive relationship between customers and the organization. This involves effective communication, problem-solving, and providing solutions to customer complaints and queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Exercise professional judgement and take ownership for case management and customer resolution.
- Provide high-level customer service to respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Identify and initiate opportunities for innovation and continuous improvements to systems, processes, or work practices.
