Job Title: Field Services Capability and Development Lead

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Services Capability and Development Lead, responsible for overseeing career pathway development and ensuring employees have the resources to advance their careers.

This role involves leading the design and delivery of capability frameworks, managing the learning and development process, and evaluating training effectiveness. If you're an expert in instructional design and competency frameworks, with extensive experience in learning and development and strong project management skills, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive capability programs to drive business growth and success
  • Lead the development of career pathways and ensure employees have access to the resources they need to advance their careers
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
