About the RoleKey Accountabilities
  • Govern and facilitate Material and Major supplier Governance activities
  • Support, from end-to-end, supplier risk assessments
  • Manage, monitor and drive supplier compliance and governance to assure risk controls and issue management
  • Work collaboratively in a team of Managers and Associates
  • Provide expert advice and support to business stakeholders on governance requirements
  • Perform governance activities as required to support business stakeholders
  • Develop, manage and influence strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Champion and embed supplier governance and risk management across the Group, while driving continuous improvement
  • Assist to implement and advise stakeholders on regulatory and policy change initiatives
  • Develop, enhance and maintain reporting on Westpac’s supplier risk and governance environment
About You
  • Highly effective stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to work within a changing regulatory environment and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proficiency in supplier governance and risk management will be highly regarded
