About the Role
This Executive Governance Specialist role will play a key part in managing aspects of high-quality secretariat services and ensuring they meet relevant regulatory and legal obligations.
The successful candidate will have experience as a company secretary and advising on governance and accountability matters.
Key Responsibilities

- Support the General Manager in driving continuous improvement in the management of statutory and compliance obligations">
- Manage, maintain, and enhance delegations framework and governance policies">
- Provide technical advice, briefings, and expertise on governance and accountability">
- Assist Rest in fulfilling its duties in relation to governance and accountability standards">
- Monitor regulatory and legislative developments relating to governance and accountability">
Requirements

- Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end secretariat services and provision of high-quality advice and support to boards and senior executives">
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive">
- Proven understanding of governance principles and practices, including current governance trends, regulations, and legislation">

A competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits such as hybrid working, purchase leave scheme, and gender-neutral paid parental leave.
