Job OpportunityProject Coordinator Role

This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Implement rigorous project control processes to monitor and report on project status, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, analyzing variances and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure project schedules and resource plans align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams on schedule development and planning.
  • Comply with organizational policies and contractual requirements across all project aspects.
Requirements
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project and ability to support project management applications.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a Program Management Office (PMO), supporting large-scale programs and project managers.
  • At least two years' experience working as a Project Scheduler using Microsoft Project.
  • Proven track record of managing project controls and reporting for complex programs, including risk and issue tracking, deliverable and dependency management, and financial management.
