Program Leadership Position

Manage internal development teams and external vendors to ensure delivery aligns with the broader program roadmap.
- Oversee integrations and changes required to systems, such as Salesforce, Oracle, payment gateways, and labelling systems, to work seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA.
- Lead cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment to drive project success.
- Proven IT Project Management experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills across large-scale, complex programs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to influence desired outcomes.
The delivery of this work is critical to program success - it's time-sensitive, spans multiple teams and applications, and carries a high level of complexity.
Our ideal candidate can own the timeline, drive progress, and coordinate across diverse workstreams to keep everything on track.
This role requires a hands-on Project Manager who can quickly build relationships, cut through the noise, navigate complexity, and deliver outcomes against demanding deadlines.
