About the Role

You will oversee grant programs, business operations, and administrative support. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and assessing processes for pre-award granting activities.
  • Collaborating with policy experts to ensure quality control of submissions.
  • Maintaining records for approved submissions in a centralized system.
  • Providing expert advice, guidance, and training on grant programs, business operations, and policies.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets.
  • Providing administrative support for regular forums.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position and within the Federal Government. You will also need expertise in grants, administration, and secretariat support, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

To be successful, you will require an Australian citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
