**Program Manager - Dementia Care Support**

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Program Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in supporting carers of individuals living with dementia. You will use a coaching approach to empower carers with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to maintain their own wellbeing while providing high-quality care to their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a coaching approach to support and empower carers of individuals living with dementia.
  • Equip carers with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to maintain their own wellbeing.
  • Foster a culture of best practice, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Aged Care/Dementia Practice or equivalent qualification, knowledge, and experience.
  • Experience providing support to, and advice about dementia to people living with dementia, their family, and carers.
  • Experience with service development, planning, and reporting.
