Starling Services are urgently looking for **PROGRAM MANAGER** **in the market who are interested in working with us for a long term contract job opportunity

**Essential criteria**
- Demonstrated experience running large ICT projects, programs or Project Management Offices.
- Ability to think outside the box to achieve pragmatic approaches when solving problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to: - articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. - manage relationships, facilitate and negotiate with stakeholders. - coach, mentor and develop business stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile project principles and methodologies.
