Workforce Planning Lead

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the way care is delivered to Aged Care residents.

As the Workforce Planning & Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for forecasting workforce needs, analysing trends, overseeing workforce governance, and providing actionable insights to optimise our workforce.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable data analysis, process mapping and insights generation skills, as well as high level interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Develop and maintain capacity plans for operational teams, including FTE, productivity measures, and forecasted staffing changes.
  • Auditing rosters and requested changes to assess compliance with regulatory and workforce models.
  • Review Aged Care Quarterly Financial Reporting data and liaise with finance and data teams as required.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a matrix style organisation and driving action through influencing senior leaders and other parts of the business.

Key Requirements
  • Demonstrable data analysis, process mapping and insights generation skills.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in an analyst/reporting position, supporting the delivery of strategic/operational programs.
