
Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional who can design and deliver effective workforce strategies, policies, and frameworks that drive business success.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with data to turn complex workforce analytics into clear insights that guide strategic decisions. They will also possess sophisticated project planning and implementation skills, with experience leading strategic HR projects from concept to implementation.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to drive impact across the workforce. Key responsibilities include managing a range of strategic HR projects, partnering with the business to design initiatives that align with emerging workforce priorities, and developing policies and frameworks that positively impact the organization's workforce.
The ideal candidate will be able to work across projects, analyze and interpret data, and engage stakeholders at all levels. They will leverage their strategic thinking and practical delivery skills to create meaningful, evidence-based workforce solutions that support better outcomes for the organization and its people.
We are looking for someone with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to bring different perspectives together to shape workforce solutions that work across the board.
The successful candidate will hold broad experience in strategic workforce planning, delivering strategic HR projects, and developing and implementing frameworks, guidelines, and policies. They will also possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent experience in strategic workforce planning or similar.
