About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and provide customer service over the phone and via email to all customers and stakeholders.
  • Take initial details relating to enquiries and/or referrals and guide the customer through our referrals process.
  • Generate quotes and follow up on quote approvals.
  • Communicate with support coordinators regarding matters of their referrals.
  • Book appointments for our clinicians.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Previous administration, customer service, or call center experience.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Excellent computer proficiency skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • A passion for people and empathy to listen to their challenges and goals.
  • Ability to maintain excellent internal and external relationships.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation with a drive for achieving exceptional results.
