Customer Service/Call-Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service/Call-Centre Representative to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our New Client Enquiries team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to our lawyers.

About the Role

As a Customer Service/Call-Centre Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, handle complex and sensitive issues, and develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including data entry and document preparation
  • Work collaboratively with the New Client Enquiries team to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the law firm's services and products
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months experience working in a busy phone-based customer service role
  • Proven outstanding customer-service skills, patience, and empathy
  • Clear communication and warm, friendly professional phone manner
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fast typing and data entry speed (minimum 55-60wpm)
