Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sydney International Airport.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for passengers at the carousel. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient baggage handling process. You will work closely with our team to resolve any issues that may arise, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor carousels for issues such as belt stoppages and passenger concerns
  • Liaise with the below-wing team for missing baggage
  • Record and report rush bags received
  • Forward and deliver baggage to passengers
  • Collaborate with the Baggage Services Supervisors to resolve any issues
Requirements:
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance at work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
