As a Night Fill Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse professionals who work together to receive, store, and dispatch merchandise efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and plan for sales and seasonal events to ensure optimal inventory levels and stock placement
  • Effective promotional planning and execution to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Accurate inventory controls and management to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Regular use of store equipment including pallet jacks, cutting tools, PPE for cold areas, and other specialized machinery as needed
  • Maintaining a strong focus on OH&S and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Nightfill team
  • Leading Store Sustainability commitments and initiatives to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
