Project Pursuit Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project pursuit efforts, driving business growth and development through strategic bid management. This role will oversee the entire bid lifecycle, from initial assessment to final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of bids and pursuits processes, with a proven track record of building successful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:- Manage bid processes for infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with clients and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as an independent reviewer and client advocate, providing expert guidance on must-win decisions.
- Develop compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition, service differentiation, and key client messages.
- Lead bid development in collaboration with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in bids and pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work.
- Proven ability to build strong internal client relationships, gain trust, and effectively support senior leaders in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
