Due to an internal movement, our Civil Infrastructure team in Queensland is seeking a proactive and collaborative **Pursuits and Bids Lead**. This role will lead the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects, working closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines.
- Acting as an independent reviewer and client advocate on must-win decisions.
- Driving bid development for strategic pursuits in collaboration with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams.
- Crafting compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition, service differentiation, and key client messages.
- Managing the bid process alongside technical leads, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and presentations.
- Liaising with clients and participating in tender briefings, debriefs, and implementing lessons learned.

**Qualifications**

Ideally, you will have:

- Ideally, 10 years of relevant experience in Bids and Pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work, including pre-contracts, tendering, and pursuits management.
- Proven ability to build strong internal client relationships, gain trust, and effectively support senior leaders in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail.
