Strategic Pursuit Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic pursuit initiatives in the Infrastructure industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing winning strategies, managing end-to-end project opportunities, and supporting panel opportunities. You will collaborate with our Global Pursuit Team, Clients, Markets and Growth team, partners, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity to share best practices, contribute to bid improvement and efficiency, and develop deep relationships with partner and CMG stakeholders within our Infrastructure industry.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services or other relevant environments
  • Strong technical capability in leading pursuits including stakeholder engagement and project management skills and a proven ability to successfully manage complex work-winning processes
  • Extensive experience developing win strategies with an ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators, and benefits
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids along with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously (based on complexity)
  • Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Powerpoint
