Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Operations Lead to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support services for clients in the Alternative Unlisted assets industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have over 5+ years' experience in an operational role, ideally within Asset Management. You will be tasked with being the single point of contact for all client related requests and ensuring all obligations and deadlines are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

You will host quarterly governance meetings to review performance against SLA's and other contractual requirements, identify ways to improve process efficiencies between the client & internal teams and systems, and proactively manage the day to day running of the client's account from an operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for all client related requests for identified group of clients.
  • Understand requirements under each client contract and ensure all obligations and deadlines are met.
  • Host quarterly governance meetings to review performance against SLA's and other contractual requirements.
  • Identify ways to improve process efficiencies between the client & internal teams and systems.
  • Proactively manage the day to day running of the client's account from an operational perspective.
  • Develop a calendar of events for all clients and ensure both operations team and tech teams can deliver within SLA's.
  • Assist in administering all aspects of the platform via online administration tools.
  • Help reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and help prepare trust accounts as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 3+ years in a customer success, account management or similar role, ideally within Asset Management.
  • Over 3+ years experience in an operational role, ideally Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management.
  • Demonstrated confidence and ability to build relationships across all levels of management.
  • Organisational skills to enable the development and implementation of plans to ensure all client commitments are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
  • An ability to work autonomously with high levels of self-motivation.
  • Show a history of building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be able to handle shifting client priorities and deal with client feedback.
  • Have a great attitude and be a team player.

What We Offer

This is a full time role reporting to the Head of Operations. The salary range for this position is $110-130k base + super and bonus dependent on relevant experience.
