Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We seek an experienced Lead Asset Management Consultant to join our team in NSW. As a Principal Engineer – Asset Management, you will play a lead role in driving our growth in the civil asset management market.
Key Accountabilities:- Delivering asset management services for clients owning major road, rail and maritime infrastructure assets;
- Managing asset management projects to meet budget, program and quality targets while exceeding client expectations;
- Developing asset management options for clients including whole of life cost and value analysis;
- Leveraging existing and fostering new client relationships to grow Arcadis' asset management portfolio;
You are an experienced asset management professional with:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and/or asset management with tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering (Civil/Structural) or material science discipline;
- The ability to lead, manage and mentor diverse project teams;
- Experience working on asset management consultancy activities for major Australian infrastructure assets;
- Excellent report writing skills with experience in delivering asset management reports for major government and private infrastructure asset owners;
- Excellent verbal communications skills with the ability to present concepts to various stakeholders;
