Job Title: Medical Contract Renewal Negotiator

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a Medical Contract Renewal Negotiator at Philips, you will play a vital role in our North Ryde office, working closely with the wider service and sales teams to identify and convert sales opportunities of service contracts and maximize market contract penetration.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and execute negotiation strategies for service contract renewals;
  • Maintain exceptional customer relationships through regular communication and face-to-face interactions;
  • Become an expert in the Philips Service product portfolio and provide informed advice to customers;
  • Negotiate sales terms and attend customer review meetings to drive business growth;
  • Exceed territory sales budgets and identify new growth opportunities;
About You:
  • You have proven experience working in selling, negotiating, and maximizing value propositions;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field, preferably with experience in the healthcare sector;
  • Prior contract renewal or contract sales experience is highly advantageous;
  • You possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment;
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a must;
  • Influential interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to build long-term trusting customer relationships both internally and externally;
