About the Role

This varied role involves reviewing customer contracts, negotiating final agreements, and providing commercially focussed risk assessments. You will also work closely with peers, Senior Management, and other key stakeholders to finalise contracts expeditiously and continually improve the customer contract experience with Canon.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, training and development opportunities, performance recognition, bonus leave, milestone recognition, discounted Canon products, and an employee referral scheme.

Requirements

  • Commercially astute and practical, with strong judgment and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing sales contracts negotiation, including reviewing and drafting contractual terms and conditions.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in a legal discipline is highly regarded, but not essential.
