**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Asset Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Generate work orders and allocate resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with operations to develop maintenance plans that support production requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve conflicts in maintenance schedules and report performance variances.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and manage sub-contractor and vehicle maintenance.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in logistics compliance, construction, or heavy machinery maintenance.
  • Knowledge of transport compliance, PBS routes, and tare weights.
  • Strong MS Office skills and SAP, Maximo or Oracle experience (desirable).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
