We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Assets & Planned Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and reliability of the operations of this key client's facilities through effective management of assets and planned maintenance activities.

**The role: Assets & Planed Maintenance Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule for all facility assets.
- Oversee PPM and Corrective works in collaboration with the onsite Maintenance Managers to meet Annual Fire Safety certification.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and optimizing asset performance.
- Generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, providing insights into asset health, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation of vendor compliance standards and ensure that all maintenance contractors adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of assets to identify potential issues and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in asset reliability and lifespan. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in asset management, planned maintenance, and PPM scheduling.
- Familiarity with asset compliance standards and the ability to enforce them effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Facility Management industry-specific regulations and best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
