Job Title: Payroll/Accounts Payable

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an experienced professional to oversee payroll operations for up to 180 employees. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end payroll management, with a strong understanding of accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll time-sheets using the Micropay system.
  • Manage employee profiles in the payroll system and collaborate with HR as needed.
  • Maintain the AP Register by checking, processing, and paying creditor invoices, matching purchase orders to supplier invoices, and entering supplier invoices into the Accounting System ACCPAC.

About You:

  • Intermediate Excel skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with team members.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues are highly valued.
