Accounts and Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Payroll Specialist to join our office team. This fixed-term contract provides an opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish new client accounts, initiate onboarding processes, and maintain data integrity with precision.
- Provide accurate and timely information relating to payroll queries.
- Ensure seamless management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with weekly payroll processing for employees with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as needed.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting qualifications.
- Relevant experience in accounts payable/receivable and payroll roles is highly valued.
- Proficiency in MYOB AccountRight is essential; knowledge of payroll and Awards is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
