**The Company**

Our client is Australia's longest established and largest national disaster recovery and restoration company. They are currently seeking an experienced Payroll person (to join Finance team of x7) who likes the variety of assisting with Accounts Payable too

**The Role**
***
**Payroll**
- Assist in checking weekly payroll time-sheets
- Assist with processing payroll x180 employees (wkly and monthly) using the Micropay system, ensuring that all records are updated
- Create new employee profiles in the payroll system and liaise with HR where required

**Accounts Payable**
- Assist in maintaining AP Register
- Check, process and payment of creditor invoices
- Match purchase orders to supplier invoices
- Enter supplier invoices in the Accounting System ACCPAC

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Ideally min 2 years end to end Payroll experience
- Some Accounts Payable experience an advantage
- Micropay and ACCPAC system experience an advantage
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to assist team members
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
