Accounting and Payroll Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee accounting and payroll operations for multiple early childhood services. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounts payable and receivables, as well as end-to-end payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and receivables with high accuracy and efficiency
- Process end-to-end payroll for over 60 employees per week
- Organize and maintain paperwork and electronic files
- Provide general assistance at childcare centres
- Set up new employees on Employment Hero software
- Utilize the audit system (Employment Hero, Tanda, and Xero preferred)
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to learning, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years' experience in end-to-end payroll management for 40+ employees
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Zero software or similar
- Great phone communication skills
- Professional written and verbal ability
