**Hales Australia **is Australia's leading tooling component and lubricants supplier. This position is based at our Head Office and warehouse in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with ample on-site car parking.

**About the Role**
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills capable of performing accounts payable functions in a busy environment.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining weekly payment spreadsheets
- Processing overseas and local accounts invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- International and local payments
- FBT reporting
- BAS and PAYG lodgement
- Payroll, superannuation payments, payroll tax lodgement and payment
- Maintaining all company insurances and Workcover
- Assisting accounts receivable as required

**The Successful Applicant**
- Will have a minimum of 5 years experience in accounts payable with solid

bookkeeping skills
- Will be able to handle a high volume of transactions with accuracy
- Experience in foreign currency an advantage
- Experience in (ABM) Advanced Business Manager Software and Wage Easy

payroll system would also be considered an advantage.

Part-time hours: 22.5 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $37.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
