Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Engagement Officer to provide outstanding service to prospective new clients and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all incoming calls and referrals are monitored and actioned promptly, and handled in alignment with our values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trust with prospective clients and guide them through various Aged Care Services - government websites and portals
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of Anglicare's products and services (training on will be provided)
  • Recommend services and products tailored to the client's needs and ensure exceptional customer service through the various channels
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a seamless client experience from sales intake to consultation
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Home Care/Community Sector
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships and demonstrated customer service skills

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 to $80,000 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience.
